About YogiRawRaw

Robert comes from a background of sports - soccer, baseball and basketball. Growing up an athlete, I understood the importance of warming up the body with proper stretching and functional movement before going into games to avoid injuries and to be at my best.

In early 2016, I was introduced to yoga by my " yoga sensei " - Karla. At that point, I realized the calming effect that yoga offers. I was hooked and I followed her motto," embodying yoga on and off your mat."

During the COVID pandemic I obtained my 200hr Vinyasa/ Hatha, 50hr Rocket & 20hr PTSD/ Trauma yoga certs. After obtaining my certifications, I started teaching a Slow Flow & Vinyasa class at Tyto in Pacific Beach and also hosting private classes.
